Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (GMT+1), 24 working hours after receipt processing. Goods can be shipped by courier from Monday to Friday. During busy periods, shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:
General delivery times in Italy can be expected within 24-48 hours from the time of shipment, except in the case of shipments to islands, where deliveries can take up to 73 or 96 hours from the initial shipment. Countries within the European Union can receive deliveries after 5-10 working days. For all countries outside the EU, delivery takes 8-15 working days. This does not include possible customs delays. Shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. For non-EC purchases stopped by customs, payment of duties will be charged to the sender.
Returns
If dissatisfied with a purchase, the recipient has 25 days (including weekends) to request a full refund. Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete with all accessories included in the original order (such as boxes, cases and labels). Returned items must be shipped back to the seller in exactly the same condition in which they were received and must meet the following requirements:
- The product must not have been worn.
- The product must have all labels attached and intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
To request the return of an original purchase, please contact info@equipe70.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- First and last name
- Product code purchased
- Reason for return
Once we receive this information, we will check that the request respects the 25-day limit from receipt of the order and that the product code matches the order for which the request was made. If these conditions are met, we will send a confirmation email with the shipping procedure to follow. Any return shipping costs (and customs duties) will be charged to the customer.
Terms and Conditions
The distance sale of "L'ESKIMO" brand products via the website www.equipe70.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions"). The products offered on the Site are sold directly by AB DIFFUSION SRL (hereinafter referred to as "AB DIFFUSION"). AB DIFFUSION srl is a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Via Achille Grandi n.6 - 61034 Fossombrone (PU), Italy. In order to meet the needs and expectations of its customers, AB DIFFUSION srl has decided to create, alongside its own network of direct and exclusive sales outlets, a network for the remote sale of some of its products through its own Site, offering a selection of certain "L'ESKIMO" product categories. The list of "L'ESKIMO" products offered for distance selling can be found on our Site. The use of the distance selling service described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, profession, craft or any other professional activity they carry out, who are over 18 years old (or, if under 18, authorised
by its legal representative). The products for sale on the Site can be shipped anywhere in the world. The language used to conclude sales agreements through this Site is English. Any resale, rental or transfer of products purchased from the Site for any commercial or professional purpose is expressly prohibited. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are published on the Site for the Customer's information and to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer in accordance with art. 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 ("Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the internal market"), as amended and supplemented. AB DIFFUSION srl may amend and/or add to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Customers are therefore bound to accept only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase. Any amendment and/or addition shall be effective only for purchase orders placed after the date of the amendment and/or addition. The removal of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from the www.leskimopeace.com website will result in their automatic and irrevocable inapplicability and ineffectiveness vis-à-vis AB DIFFUSION srl in relation to purchases made after their removal from the Site, even if these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are still available and/or accessible to the public through other websites.
